The cover has sun tanning and stains, and there is sun tanning around the edges of the pages, but otherwise the condition is generally good. There appears to be no writing, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that there are no oversights. We plan to package the item using only an OPP bag and a brown envelope. Doctor Feelgood
