I believe this is a Moomin work from the 90s, but I apologize if I'm mistaken. I was able to watch part of it. (I probably can watch the whole thing, but I haven't watched it yet, so I'll update the description if I can.) The disc has quite a few scratches, although it's hard to tell from the photo.
