It has a sharp, refined black color and a subdued, elegant luster unique to yakishime (unglazed stoneware), with a design that allows you to feel the roughness of the clay particles. The slightly visible "rokuro-me" (wheel marks) give it a handmade feel not found in mass-produced items. It holds 200cc when filled to 80% capacity, and approximately 260cc when full.
