This item is used to clip onto children's pants, etc., and hold a handkerchief or tissue. It's made of polyester and measures approximately 13 cm wide and 11 cm long. The grip is quite strong, so I don't think it will fall off easily. There is no damage. I will ship it via standard mail. Thank you.
