This is a knitted hat for children. I received it as a gift, so I don't know where it was purchased. It appears to be a hand-knitted hat. The color, the pom-pom, the buttons, and the stitching are all stylish, and I loved the cute, retro design ´ᴗ` There is no size listed, but measuring the inside circumference of the brim, it's about 50cm. For reference, my child has a small head, but they were able to wear it from a very young age until around first or second grade.
