The heel is about 8 cm high, but because it is a thick heel, you won't feel the height, and these are very easy-to-wear and walk-in boots. They have been worn a few times, so there is some sign of wear from use (mainly creasing of the leather) and some minor scuffs from wear, but there are no major scratches or stains, and I believe the condition is good.
