I bought this at first sight nearly half a century ago, when Christmas tableware first appeared on the market. It might be an antique, as I had never seen a domestically produced two-tiered cake stand before. It's also perfect for Christmas afternoon tea. There are a few imperfections here and there... like the unevenness on the back of the plates... but I would be happy if you could enjoy them as part of its charm.
