GoPro MAX Brand new. This is a replacement unit obtained through a paid subscription service. The box has been opened to check the contents. The lenses still have their protective sheets on. It's the latest updated version and includes one new battery. Since the replacement unit didn't come with a charging cable, I'll include the one I was using. As a bonus, I'll also include one low-temperature battery and a charger. Recently, the GoPro MAX 2 was released, but the MAX is still perfectly usable as an entry-level 360-degree camera. It will overheat and shut down if used in 38°C (100°F) heat, so if you want to record videos of things like motorcycle racing in direct sunlight in the summer, the MAX 2 would be better.
