The color and facial features are great, and it's a very powerful Red King. I'm not sure if it's a soft vinyl figure that has been painted, or a pre-painted, assembled soft vinyl kit, but the soles of the feet are marked 1988 Billiken, so please consider this if you know more about it. There are movable joint parts at the base of both arms, the base of both legs, the base of the tail, and the base of the neck. I have never moved them after purchasing it, but upon close inspection, there are some areas where the paint seems to have lifted or peeled off slightly due to the movement of the joints.
