"SEIKO School Time" was developed as a "first wristwatch for elementary school students," an analog watch familiar to the educational field. It was only manufactured for a few years around 1964-1966 as a watch for schoolchildren, making it a rare vintage item that collectors covet today. It was reissued as a solar watch in 2019, but this individual is an original valuable item, and it even comes with the instruction manual with the bell mark from that time. ●As it is dead stock, the dial, crystal, hands, and case have no noticeable scratches and are in very beautiful condition for a watch of this age. Please check the photos. The leather strap was tattered due to aging, so it has been replaced, but please consider this as a bonus. The condition of the strap cannot be guaranteed. ●When listing, I checked the operation, and it is running well when the crown is wound. The daily difference is +40 seconds to +48 seconds when measured with a timegrapher in a flat position. (The daily difference may vary depending on posture changes, usage conditions, the remaining amount of the mainspring, and other factors, so please consider it as a reference) It is a 7-jewel watch from about 60 years ago. As expected of SEIKO, it was sold at a low price, but it uses a full-fledged movement with 7 jewels that will continue to run properly if overhauled.
