Newborns are so small they could probably fit on a cushion, but large baby futons take up a lot of space. I'm glad I went with smaller ones for my second child. They were easy to move around. Here's what I used: * Floor mattress + cover: 60cm x 90cm * Quilt: 75cm x 95cm + cover * Winter quilt + cover: 80cm x 100cm * Pillow: 28cm x 43cm * Floor pad - a total of 8 items I had other items as well, so I didn't use these much.
