This is a tray from Takaoka lacquerware, a traditional craft of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. Mother-of-pearl inlay of Phalaenopsis orchids is featured in the center of the tray. Size: Diameter: Approximately 33cm Height: Approximately 1.5cm This item is not unused. There are small scratches from use, but it is still a lovely tray that can be used for a long time. I would like to sell it to someone who will appreciate it. The scratches are difficult to see in the photos due to the lighting, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
