This is a rather old VOGT concho. It's diamond-shaped with a floral design. The size is about 1.3 x 1.9 cm. There are some scratches, but I think it won't affect use. It's marked, and it's not pure silver, but sterling overlay, and I think the base metal is a bit harder. Thank you.
