The bell contact points have felt pads to prevent scratches, and the tips have rubber covers to prevent accidents when inserting the instrument. It fits inside the bell of trumpets and cornets, allowing for compact transport inside the instrument case (see image 5). It has been used infrequently and is in beautiful condition with almost no scratches or dirt. The box has some minor scratches.
