This is an ATHLETA outer layer. The color is black. The inside is slightly fleece-lined. The fabric is nice! I bought it because I liked the back. I'm selling it because I don't get to wear it much. The size at the neck says L, but I don't think it's a men's L. It's small. I'm listing it in the M size category. I think it would fit men who wear S to M, or women who wear around L.
