Silk is excellent in moisture absorption, moisture release, quick-drying properties, and heat retention, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is also said to have skin beautifying and UV-cut effects. We use silk kimonos. As a way to identify whether it is silk, we select based on the feel of the fabric, the fact that it is entirely hand-sewn, and a combustion test.
