This is a set of a Bowser hat and shell. The shell was inflated with an air pump. Worn once for Halloween last year. The Bowser's crest seems to have been bent and creased during storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as it has been stored at home. How about it for this year's Halloween?
