Seiko Railroad Watch, Working SEIKOSHA PRECISON Pocket Watch, Mechanical Hand-Winding JNR (Japanese National Railways) Showa 33 3381 I remember purchasing this watch in a non-working condition at a JNR surplus sale held around 1972 at the Transportation Museum in Manseibashi, Tokyo. Immediately after, I had it overhauled at the Seikosha in Kameido and kept it carefully. Since then, I've taken it out of the display case about once a year to feel the movement of the mechanical watch. I believe it still works well. This is being offered for sale to organize my collection. ☆ Upon checking the accuracy for this listing, the daily rate was about +15 seconds. ☆ The exterior has signs of use, such as scratches and scuffs, that were common during the JNR era, on the crystal and case. I think it's in good condition for a vintage item.
