Enamel, black. These shoes feature a striking combination of punching details and ribbon laces on the instep. I think they would suit Lolita fashion; they're cute. I couldn't read the brand. There's a slight stain (discoloration) on the soles, but no discoloration on the heels or inside the shoes. These are my daughter's, and they're in pretty good condition. I will clean them with enamel cream before shipping. Thank you.
