The hem can be adjusted with elastic. There is some minor rubbing on the inseam, but I personally don't think it will affect wear, so I've listed it as undamaged. Other than that, it's clean. I will be lowering the price every day, so please purchase when it reaches your desired price. I will not respond to price negotiations. I will not sell to those who are overly sensitive or who are prone to making unreasonable complaints about minor oversights.
