A rare, petal-shaped, black lacquered tray with legs. Approximately 32cm in diameter. The red lacquer edging highlights the petal shape, creating a beautiful design. There are cracks in the paint on the inside corners, spanning about 15cm, and there are two spots where the wood is chipped (see photo 4). It used to be displayed during the New Year's holidays, but it has only been stored for the past 20 years. It will be packed in a wooden box and shipped with the recipient paying the shipping costs.
