Mizuno Maruichi's mahjong tiles "Genkai." The black-backed version of these tiles was often used by the "True Jan-ki" (a famous mahjong player). The tile size is 25.5 x 18.8 x 16 mm. In the past, Ichikawaya sold these as the first version of the "Seiryu" (Azure Dragon) tiles. The cobalt blue tile backs are incredibly cool. As you can see from the photos, the tile backs have no noticeable scratches and are in very beautiful condition. This is a gem that we hope will be cherished by those who love "Jan-ki" and others. These are rare tiles that rarely appear on flea market sites or auctions. * Score sheets are unused.
