This skirt is fleece-lined and warm. ■ Navy Floral Skirt Size: 120cm Brand: Nishimatsuya Chain It's not fleece-lined, so it's thin, but it's a fall/winter skirt that can be worn in winter with leggings. There are no major tears in the tulle, but there are small snags.
