I found this while taking apart my grandfather's kimono from about 50 years ago. It was inside a patterned nagajuban (long undergarment). I don't know what this fabric was for; it was sewn onto the nagajuban. The diamond shapes are hand-stitched together. I washed it with the nagajuban when I hand-washed it. Please check my profile.
