Also, collars are not included. Due to being an imported item, the package has many sticker residue marks, dirt, and dents. The package condition is quite poor, and the metal lid? is rusty. Since it is unopened, we have not checked the contents, so please understand that it is non-returnable and non-refundable (NCNR). Please note that pliers and a flathead screwdriver will be required to open the package.
