This is a private-purchase ammunition pouch of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. It has specifications almost identical to official issue. Also known as a magazine pouch. This is a set of two. I purchased these and stored them without using them. The metal fittings are in good condition. The durability is incomparable to cheap replicas. I think it's rare to find high-quality items like this compared to commercially available replicas. There is no hydrolysis visible on the inside of the waterproof fabric. It can hold one M4 magazine, and two MP5 magazines (the lid won't close) (see image 3). The pouches are placed alternately, right and left (see images 4-11).
