I purchased this as a "never-used in actual fishing" item at a premium price when I was into surf fishing. I carefully checked for scratches and condition, but there were no noticeable ones. One thing I was concerned about was that the rubber on the lower left of the titanium display on the reel seat part doesn't seem to be properly in place. I think it's probably a manufacturing defect. (Please check the images) I don't think it will affect actual fishing. A tamper-evident seal will be applied before shipping. It is a seal that can be easily removed. The cosmetic box has scratches and stains as shown in the images. It will be shipped with two layers of air cushion wrap.
