This is a Masquerain from the Pokemon Kids series. It's quite rare as it has never been rereleased in the Pokemon Kids series. It's a very high-quality figure, and as you can see in the photos, there is some minor soiling, but no significant stains. I think it's in good condition for its age, so I recommend it to collectors.
