This is the Patagonia Fitz Roy Down Hoody. The size is M and the color is light blue. Actual measurements are: width 62cm, sleeve length 66cm, length 72cm. It's from about 10 years ago. As shown in the photos, there are minor snags (not through), and a missing plastic part on the zipper pull, but the down is still in good condition, and overall it's in good shape.
