This is a happi coat for a鳶職 (tobishoku - construction worker specializing in scaffolding). The collar reads "鳶 永沢" (Tobi Nagasawa), and the waist pattern is dyed with "大二" (Dai Ni), representing the Second District. I do not have the knowledge to identify the design dyed on the back, so please judge from the images. It appears that the wearer used their own towel for the shoulder lining, which is dyed with "第二區一番組 國分寺町本村 永澤" (Dai Ni Ku Ichiban Gumi Kokubunji-cho Honmura Nagasawa). While I cannot be certain, I believe this happi coat is from the early to mid-Showa period.
