The inner boots are not torn and still have cushioning. The outer boots have some scrapes and scratches from being used. They can be adjusted for use from 20cm to 23cm. One of the hand protectors is partially torn, but I will include it if you still want it. These are items for children to play with outside, so they have scratches. Please consider purchasing only if you understand this.
