Qualine lowers the sound pressure, as if reducing the volume, without impairing the quality of hearing. This one is 20dB down. I'm using it now, and it doesn't fall out of my ears even when I'm sleeping, so I tend to leave it in. Free size, suitable for ear canal diameters of 6-9mm. It's new, but it's been stored at home.
