These are new and unopened, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. The picks are in OPP bags, and the "Tobatsu-bou" is in a sealed bag, so I will send them as is in an envelope. In that case, there may be a slight bend in the edge of the bag. They will be shipped sandwiched between slightly thicker paper.
