Purchased from FREAK'S STORE a few years ago. Used twice. The logo is the same color, so it's not too casual and works well as a casual accent for dresses, etc. I used protective tape on the part that touches the forehead, so there are no foundation stains. The sticker has been removed and is not included. I will pack and ship it flat to fit in a post box. If you are concerned about it losing its shape, I can ship it via Takkyubin Compact or Yu-packet Plus for an additional 400 yen, so please comment if you'd like that option.
