Millet Jet Cap! It has been used, and there are some wrinkles that look like peeling, but it's not noticeable when worn. There is fraying at the base of the adjuster, and it may come off if strong force is applied. (Someone good at sewing could probably repair it) It's a bargain price due to the condition, so please consider it if you're interested!
