I purchased this about a year and a half ago. Please be aware that there are wrinkles on a few pages from turning them (as shown in the second photo). There is also one fold (as shown in the third photo). There is a faint ink-like mark on the last page since I bought it. I have inspected the item, but there may be oversights. Please understand this before purchasing.
