Purchased at DisneySea, but never used and stored at home. This is a Genie Hyottoko and Okame face strap, with a bell. It is a new, unused item with a tag, but it was sold without an outer bag, so there may be some minor scratches. Also, there are two scratches on the Hyottoko face.
