There is peeling of the lacquer on the rim. It is a lidded tea bowl, but I am not sure if it is old Kutani. I have a feeling it was an antique. There appears to be some paint peeling and very small chips. Antique tools, antiques, retro Antique, vintage Meiji, Taisho, Showa Ko-Imari, Arita ware, Kutani ware
