I've had these sports sunglasses customized with prescription lenses. The original non-prescription lenses are also included. Please refer to the photos for the prescription details. There is a vertical line in the center of the sunglass lenses, but this is due to the prescription lenses being made in two halves, and is not a defect such as a crack. Thank you for looking.
