A reissue of the Fender Upper Octave Fuzz, released around 1968. Controls include Volume, Sustain, Tone, and Blend. Features an effect on/off switch and a tone select switch. While it has intense distortion, the blend knob allows you to mix in the dry sound, making it suitable for bass as well. It's in good condition with few scratches. Includes the box and documentation.
