I believe this item is from around the 1960s. It's a Mackinaw jacket made in the USA by the long-established wool brand, WOOL RICH. It features the classic black and red ombre check pattern with a sense of depth. The fabric is wool, but the inside is lined with cotton chamois cloth, making it comfortable against the skin. The rounded collar has a chin strap, and the front has four patch pockets with snap-button flaps. Handwarmer pockets are placed between them. The lower back also has a large hunting-style pocket. The cuffs have inner ribbing, making it functional and excellent for cold protection. It's a valuable big size, but it doesn't feel overly large. Similar to a denim jacket, it has wide shoulders and body width, with almost the same length and sleeve length, creating a fantastic wide silhouette. This size is rare, so don't miss out if you're looking for one! The condition has a missing button on the left side of the hunting pocket. There is damage on the upper part of the inner pocket. There are stains on the lining, possibly from color transfer.
