All accessories are included. I transferred the milk to a bottle I already had, so I didn't use the original bottle directly. There are also unused nipples and bottles. Sterilized and disinfected. I used it for exactly one month after purchase, but it's still in good condition. I understand you're probably in a hurry, so I'll ship it as soon as possible. :)
