The missing items are the pad and one long bolt. As a substitute for the long bolt, I've included a short bolt from the same Peak Design POV-2 kit. So, there are two of the same short bolts. To be honest, the short bolts have a short reach, so they get hidden by the camera body, and the wrench is hard to feel, making them not very user-friendly. There is rust on the screw threads of the Arca-Swiss compatible plate and one of the short bolts. It squeaks, but the threads aren't stripped, so it can still be used.
