This item has been in storage. I just took it out of the bag for listing, but there is some dirt from the torn bag and a scratch on the tip. The product name seems to be in French, but based on the included paper, it appears to be a spooner. *I don't plan to send the paper because it's dirty, but I will include it if you wish.* The frame has red paint on it *which doesn't seem to be present on current models.*
