Thank you for viewing. This item is a set of Schaller tuning pegs. They were removed from a full acoustic guitar made by a Japanese luthier in 2016. I am selling them because I replaced them with Gotoh SGV510Z-EN01 tuners. As expected from Made in Germany, the gold plating's texture, the finish of the knobs, and the overall feel are superior to Gotoh. They would cost around 30,000 yen if purchased new. When removing them, I marked the string numbers that were actually attached. There is a defect. The 5th string peg has symptoms of either stiff or loose torque, possibly due to wear and tear on the internal gears or the meshing. However, winding and tuning were still possible. I haven't noticed any particular problems with the other pegs. Would you like them for replacement? There is some cloudiness typical of gold plating. Please understand that these are used items before purchasing.
