All of these were worn when my child was around a 140-150 size. The gray fleece-lined pants are labeled as 160, but I think they are a bit slim, so depending on your child's build, they might be able to wear them a bit earlier. The Global Work 140 denim has hardly been worn. The gray pants were worn about 2-3 times. There is some pilling. The Uniqlo pants have been worn several times. These are items that my child has worn, so please refrain from purchasing if you are at all concerned or if you are particular about minor details. There is some wrinkling.
