It's a friendly cow character! This is a limited edition Ban-ko plushie commemorating the completion of the Schönbrunn Palace factory, which began operations last year in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. It's a limited edition wearing the attire of European nobility. It will be shipped in a Yu-Packet Plus dedicated box. Due to the thickness, it will be packed by pressing it down, but it is durable, so I don't think there will be any problems.
