Franche Lippee quilted down jacket. There is blackening on the cuffs and stains on the elbows and chest. The boa is very clean. The down overall hasn't lost its shape too much, so I think you can still wear it. It's a very cute design, typical of Franche Lippee. It has some stains, so it's offered at a low price.
