This is a Yamaha piccolo I purchased new around 2004. I chose this instrument after trying it out, as it produces a beautiful sound. It can produce a rich and clear tone. I used it for about two months for a wind orchestra concert. There is some discoloration of the cork and pads due to aging. The joints of the tubes are stiff. I have not had it adjusted at this time, so it will be sold as is. This is a used instrument, so returns are not accepted. I have used a small amount of grease, but I will include it. It features an E mechanism and is made of grenadilla wood.
