Various colored small bowls are housed in a wooden box, collected in a format similar to a tea ceremony's yosehai (a set of small sake cups). Each individual bowl is sized and shaped for versatile use, such as for simmered dishes, dressed dishes, or as individual serving bowls for hot pot. The design allows you to enjoy the differences in expression created by the glaze application and kiln transformation (yohen).
